552R-01ILF Overview


It is packaged using the Rail/Tube method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator is embedded in the QSOP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are 20 terminations found in the file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 200MHz maximum. There is a 20-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 20 pins. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has -40°C operations. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 85°C with attenuated performance. To supply this clock PLL, a voltage higher than 5.5V is unacceptable. PLLs have a minimum supply voltage limit of 3V.
