551SCMGI Overview


It is available in the case DFN for this cut smart buffer. In normal operation, 200MHz is the maximum value. A total of 8 terminations are present. With a supply voltage of 1.8V, high efficiency is possible. Surface Mount is placed within the way of this object. There are 8 pins on timeing clock. In order for the timeing clock to operate, it is connected to the 8 pins. The clock switch operates at a minimum working temperature of -40°C in order to maintain reliability. In order to ensure stable operation, the maximum operating temperature must be set to 105°C. It is part of the 551 family of electronic buffer ICs. A total of 4 outputs are available. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, it can handle up to a maximum of 3.465VV. As low as possible, it can be worked with a source voltage of 1.71V, or as close to that as possible.
