525R-03ILF Overview


The QSOP package contains this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 28 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, a voltage of 5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This clock generator receives its inputs from PECL, which is designed to be the clock source. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An upper frequency limit of 250MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER. The clock-generating IC is a 28-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. Clock generator is designed with 28 pins. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has -40°C operations. There is even a possibility that this clock generator ic will last even when the temperature is 85°C. RF synthesizers can handle voltages up to 3.3V. CAN ALSO OPERATES AT 3V SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators. A voltage exceeding 5.5V is not acceptable for supply to this frequency generator. This RF synthesizer can operate at a voltage as low as 3V.
