511MLF Overview


In the SOIC package, there is an embedded clock generator. As you can see, it consists of 8 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 5V. In this clock generator, Clock is used as the input to the clock. An upper frequency limit of 200MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. It is a 8-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. There is a 8 pin that is available on the digital clock generator. The operating temperature should be higher than 0°C. The operating temperature should be lower than 70°C. The output frequency is magnified as high as possible with 1 signal outputs. There can be no voltage higher than 5.25V when powering this frequency generator. PLLs have a minimum supply voltage limit of 3.135V. For the RF synthesizer to function properly, a supply current of 8mA must be provided.
