501MLFT Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock, Crystal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 160MHz is available. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3V~5.25V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CMOS logic levels.
