501MLFT Overview


Embedded in the SOIC N package is this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 8 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. An upper frequency limit of 160MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Clock PLL is equipped with 8 pin count. PLL is designed with 8 pins. There are 0°C operations that can be performed on this clock generator, which has impressive low-temperature performance. At a temperature of 70°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 5V SUPPLY for better clock signal output. 1 signal outputs allow for maximi1ation of output frequency. Clock generator operates with the maximal supply voltage of 5.25V. This clock generator ic requires a voltage supply no lower than 3V. For the clock time generator to function properly, 20mA of supply current must be provided.
