501MILF Overview


There is a clock generator embedded in the SOIC N package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 8 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 140MHz is available. There is a 8-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator. The frequency generator is equipped with 8 pins. There are -40°C operations that can be performed on this clock generator, which has impressive low-temperature performance. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 85°C with attenuated performance. The maximum supply voltage that clock generator can handle is 5V. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 5V SUPPLY. The output frequency is magnified as high as possible with 1 signal outputs. There is no way that a voltage higher than 5.25V can be supplied to this clock generator. The lowest limit of supply voltage for this RF synthesizer is 3V. For the time clock generator to operate properly, 20mA of supply current are required.
