501GLFT Overview


A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape and Reel-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. Embedded in the TSSOP package is this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 160MHz maximum. The clock-generating IC is a 8-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. The frequency generator is equipped with 8 pins. The operating temperature should be higher than 0°C. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 5V SUPPLY to produce better clock signals. There can be no voltage higher than 5.25V when powering this frequency generator. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3V for this RF synthesizer.
