501GILF Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Rail/Tube method. Embedded in the MSOP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 8 terminations found in this file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, which is designed to be the clock source. It provides a maximum frequency of 140MHz. This clock-generating IC is a 8-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors. There is an available 8 pin on the PLL. A frequency generator with -40°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 85°C. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 5V SUPPLY to produce better clock signals. The frequency synthesizer features 1 signal outputs to ensure as high a frequency as possible. There is no way that a voltage higher than 5.25V can be supplied to this clock generator. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3V for this RF synthesizer. For the clock time generator to function properly, 20mA of supply current must be provided.
