501AMLFT Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the SOIC package is this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 8 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 200MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. It is a 8-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. The frequency generator is equipped with 8 pins. Featuring an impressive low-temperature operating performance and 0°C functions, this clock generator is sure to impress. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 70°C with attenuated performance. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that this analog clock generator can handle. Clock generator operates with the maximal supply voltage of 3.6V. The lowest limit of supply voltage for this RF synthesizer is 3V.
