501AMLF Overview


In the SOIC N package, there is an embedded clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are 8 terminations found in the file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. 200MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Clock PLL is equipped with 8 pin count. It is possible to connect to the PLL via 8 pins. Designed to operate at low temperatures, this frequency generator performs 0°C operations per second. This RF synthesizer can last with attenuated performance at 70°C. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that frequency generators can handle. Clock PLL has 1 signal outputs to maximi1e output frequency. This clock generator cannot be powered by voltages higher than 3.6V. Powered by 3V, this clock generator has the lowest supply voltage limit. Time clock generator requires a supply current of 20mA to fully function.
