A logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used. By default, the output of the circuit clock is set to 10. There is a 5V volt supply attached to it. It can handle a maximum supply voltage of 5.5VV. If the source voltage is as low as possible, 4.5V will work. Keeping the supply voltage at 5V is the key to maximizing the efficiency of the system. There is no external influence on it, as it consumes 5μA quiescent current. It is used to set the output configuration in the form of TTL.
