348RIPLFT Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel method since it is a clock IC. The QSOP package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 20 terminations found in this file. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. 200MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. It is a 20-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. There are a number of 20 pins that are available on the frequency synthesizers. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has -40°C operations. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. The supply voltage should be maintained at 3.3V for high efficiency. In order to supply this clock PLL, a voltage greater than 3.45V is not acceptable. Clock PLL operates with the minimal supply voltage of 3.15V. In this case, we have a 4-element clock PLL that performs well in the absence of jitter.
