309RILF Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Rail/Tube method. A Clock PLL is included with the QSOP package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 200MHz. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. There are a number of 20 pins that are available on the frequency synthesizers. The operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. Electronic frequency generator can handle voltages up to 3.3V. A voltage exceeding 3.6V is not acceptable for supply to this frequency generator. Clock PLL operates with the minimal supply voltage of 3V. The clock PLL here has 3 elements and has a very low jitter performance.
