In this device, the DC current gain is 40 @ 1A 4V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.Single BJT transistor means that Ic is at Single BJT transistors maximum value (saturated), so the vce saturation(Max) is equal to 500mV @ 200mA, 2A.As you can see, the part has a transition frequency of 15MHz.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 4A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
