In this device, the DC current gain is 120 @ 100mA 3V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.The collector emitter saturation voltage is -200mV, which allows for maximum design flexibility.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 400mV @ 15mA, 300mA.Keeping the emitter base voltage at -6V allows for a high level of efficiency.380MHz is present in the transition frequency.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 700mA volts.
