As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. There is a Clock PLL called LVTTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits.
