23S09-1HPGG Overview


Embedded in the TSSOP package is this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. In this case, LVTTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 133MHz. Clock PLL is equipped with 16 pin count. There are a number of 16 pins that are available on the frequency synthesizers. The operating temperature should be higher than 0°C. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 70°C. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that clock generator can handle. At maximum 0.7 ns, this analog clock generator has low timing skew. 9 pins enable the digital clock generator's true output. For this clock generator ic, 3V is the lowest allowable supply voltage. PLL is able to deliver the logic function of Clock.
