Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVTTL as its input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 133MHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There are 3V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. It's compatible with CMOS, LVTTL logic levels.
