23S09-1HDCG8 Overview


Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). A Clock PLL is included with the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. LVTTL is designed as this clock generator's input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 133MHz maximum. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.6V. The temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable performance. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CMOS, LVTTL logic levels is presented here.
