It is packaged using the Rail/Tube method since it is a clock IC. As part of the SOIC package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. In this case, LVTTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. 133.3MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. This clock-generating IC is a 16-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors. There are 16 pins that are available on the frequency generator.
