As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape and Reel method. In the SOIC package, there is an embedded clock generator. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. LVTTL is designed for clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 133.3MHz. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 16 bits. There are 16 pins that are available on the clock PLL. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has 0°C operations. There is even a possibility that this clock generator ic will last even when the temperature is 70°C. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that electronic frequency generator can handle. Clock Drivers-type frequency generators are usually classified as this type. There is a low timing skew at 0.2 nsmax with this RF synthesizer. There are 8 pins configured for enabling high true outputs on this clock generator. If you search for the 23S family of parts, you will be able to find similar electrical parts.
