It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called LVTTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 200MHz. In this IC, a 8-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. The frequency generator is equipped with 8 pins. The operating temperature should be higher than 0°C. The operating temperature should be lower than 70°C. PLL clock can handle a voltage of 3.3V as its supply voltage. The timing skew of this frequency synthesizer is low at 0.25 nsmax. 4 pins enable the digital clock generator's true output. When searching for parts of the 23S family, similar frequency generators will be found. There can be no voltage higher than 3.6V when powering this frequency generator.
