23S05-1HDCGI8 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. In this clock generator, LVTTL is used as the input to the clock. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 133MHz is available. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
