23S05-1DCGI Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Rail/Tube method. SOIC contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 8 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, LVTTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. 133MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 8 bits. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 8 pins. Designed to operate at low temperatures, this frequency generator performs -40°C operations per second. The operating temperature should be lower than 85°C. Time clock generator can handle a voltage of 3.3V as the supply voltage. And basically, this clock generator is often classified as a kind of Clock Drivers. The output frequency can be amplified as high as possible with its 5 signal outputs. A search for the 23S family will yield similar electronic components. In order to supply this clock PLL, a voltage greater than 3.6V is not acceptable. Powered by 3V, this clock generator has the lowest supply voltage limit. The logic IC PLL clock adopts is PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER.
