23S05-1DCG Overview


Rail/Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the SOIC package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 8 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. LVTTL is designed as this clock generator's input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. An up to 133MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 8 bits. The frequency synthesizer has 8 pins that are available. Designed to operate at low temperatures, this frequency generator performs 0°C operations per second. The operating temperature should be lower than 70°C. The maximum supply voltage that analog clock generator can handle is 3.3V. The clock PLL is generally classified as a Clock Drivers device. There is a low timing skew at 0.25 nsmax with this RF synthesizer. 4 pins are configured for high true output enable in this clock generator. When searching for parts belonging to the 23S family, similar electric components can be found. There is no way that a voltage higher than 3.6V can be supplied to this clock generator. Clock PLL operates with the minimal supply voltage of 3V. The PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits primarily use this clock device.
