2309NZ-1HPGGI Overview


A TSSOP case is used for packaging. Normal operation is limited to 133.33MHz. There are 16 terminations in it. Supply voltages of 3.3V are capable of achieving high efficiency. It is placed in the way of Surface Mount. A pin count of 16 can be found on it. Operation is performed with 16 pins. There is an embedded device in Clock Drivers containing this circuit clock. To maintain reliability, it operates at a minimum working temperature of -40°C degrees Celsius. In order to ensure stable operation, the maximum operating temperature must be set to 85°C. PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER is the value of the logic IC used. There is a default setting of output 9. It is capable of handling a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V volts. With a voltage supply of 3V, this cut smart buffer can operate as low as possible. It is recommended that the supply voltage be kept at 3.3V for maximum efficiency.
