2309A-1HDCG Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVTTL. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 133MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Clock PLL works with 3V~3.6V supply voltage provided. Test statistics estimate a temperature of 0°C~70°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVTTL logic levels is presented here.
