2309A-1DCG8 Overview


The Tape and Reel method is used for packaging clock ICs. SOIC contains this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. There is a Clock PLL called LVTTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 133MHz maximum. Clock PLL is equipped with 16 pin count. Clock generator is designed with 16 pins. There are 0°C operations that can be performed on this clock generator, which has impressive low-temperature performance. The operating temperature should be lower than 70°C. The maximum supply voltage that clock generator can handle is 3.3V. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of Clock Drivers clock PLL. As a result of this digital clock generator, there is a low timing skew at 0.25 ns max. There are 8 pins configured for enabling high true outputs on this clock generator. You can find similar electronic components by searching for the 2309 family. To supply this clock PLL, a voltage higher than 3.6V is unacceptable. Clock PLL operates with the minimal supply voltage of 3V. This electronic frequency generator is mainly used to make up PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits.
