2309-1HDCG Overview


Rail/Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The SOIC package includes this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. LVTTL is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 133MHz Max. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. Clock generator is designed with 16 pins. In addition to having an impressive low-temperature performance, this clock device can perform 0°C operations simultaneously. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 70°C. RF synthesizers can handle a voltage of 3.3V as the supply voltage. As a result, it is commonly classified as a type of Clock Drivers clock PLL. Low timing skew is provided by this analog clock generator at maximum 0.25 ns. 8 pins are configured for high true output enable in this clock generator. By searching for parts that belong to the 2309 family, you can find electronic parts that are similar. A voltage above 3.6V will not provide enough power to this frequency generator. Its lowest supply voltage is 3V. Logic circuits that use PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic are composed of this analog clock generator.
