It is packaged using the Tape and Reel method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the SOIC package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. LVTTL is designed as this clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 133.3MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer.
