In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVTTL as its input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. 133.3MHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
