It is packaged using the Rail/Tube method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the SOIC package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. A clock generator's input is called LVTTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. 133.3MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Clock PLL is equipped with 16 pin count. There are a number of 16 pins that are available on the clock generators. There are 0°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures.
