2308-2DCG Overview


Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. As the Clock PLL's input, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 133.3MHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3V~3.6V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at 0°C~70°C, which is what is estimated by the test.
