2305M-1LFT Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel method since it is a clock IC. The SOIC package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 8 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 133MHz. The clock-generating IC is a 8-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. There are 8 pins that are available on the frequency generator. This clock generator ic has an impressive low-temperature operating performance and is capable of 0°C operations. Even at 70°C, this frequency synthesizer is possible to last with attenuated performance. The supply voltage should be maintained at 3.3V for high efficiency. At 0.25 ns Max, this clock generator offers low timing skew. The digital clock generator has 4 high-enable output pins. The 2305 family of parts can be used to find electronic parts that are similar to each other. To supply this clock PLL, a voltage higher than 3.6V is unacceptable. The lowest limit of supply voltage for this RF synthesizer is 3V.
