Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). There is a clock generator embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. As the Clock PLL's input, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 133MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3V~3.6V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. CMOS, LVCMOS, TTL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
