2305B-1HDCGI Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains this clock generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVTTL. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 133MHz maximum. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. As long as there are 3V~3.6V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. This is a clock generator compatible with CMOS, LVCMOS, TTL logic levels.
