2305B-1HDCG8 Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As part of the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVTTL as its input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 133MHz maximum. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock PLL works with 3V~3.6V supply voltage provided. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at 0°C~70°C, which is 0°C~70°C. CMOS, LVCMOS, TTL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
