2305A-1HDCG Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. In this clock generator, LVTTL is used as the input to the clock. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 133MHz is available. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CMOS, LVCMOS, TTL logic. This is an electronic part that can be classified as a Zero Delay Buffer in this case.
