2305-1DCGI8 Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. As the Clock PLL's input, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 133MHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 3V~3.6V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
