Temperature setting NTC thermistors to -60°C~150°C is recommended to ensure reliable performance. A maximum operating temperature of 150°C is required for the reliable operation of NTC thermistors. It is recommended that NTC thermistors operate at a minimum temperature of -60°C for relibility reasons.
