181M-01LFT Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape and Reel package is used. In the SOIC package, there is an embedded clock generator. There are 8 terminations found in the file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 75MHz maximum. The clock-generating IC is a 8-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. PF synthesizers is equipped with 8 pins. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of 0°C operations. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance. A voltage above 5.5V will not provide enough power to this frequency generator. Clock PLL operates with the minimal supply voltage of 3.135V.
