To ensure that the PTC thermistors operate at the minimum temperature, set the temperature to -40°C. A temperature of 85°C is required to ensure the thermistor works properly. There are 2 terminations on the PTC thermistor. When operating, the PTC thermistors provide 8V voltage. These PTC thermistors are designed to operate at 100A current. thermistors in the DC circuit are rated at 8V volts. A PTC thermistor should not have a current above 100A.
