A PTC thermistor should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. PTC thermistors have terminations of 2. While operating, the PTC thermistors could output 15V voltage. In order to design PTC thermistors for 100A current, they must have a negative voltage. This type of thermistors has been rated for a voltage of 15V in the DC circuit. Ildeally, the current through PTC thermistors should be less than 100A.
