In the package of a Bulk, you can find NTC thermistors. I have included it in package 2-SIP for convenience. A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±20% in order to operate. Set NTC thermistors to -60°C~300°C for reliable performance. NTC thermistors work reliably at 300°C as their maximum operating temperature. Thermistors featuring NTC technology can be operated at temperatures down to -60°C for reliability.
