0805L100 Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0805 packages. Set the PTC thermistors to -40°C for a minimum operating temperature. In order for this thermistor to operate properly, the operating temperature cannot exceed 85°C. PTC thermistor terminations are 2. A PTC thermistor could provide 6V voltage when operating. A PTC thermistor should produce an amount of heat equal to 600mW. When using PTC thermistors, the current should not exceed 40A.
