Those are the thermistors that come in a Bulk. The Radial package includes it for convenience. Temperatures below 150°C can be reliably used with NTC thermometers. It's best to operate NTC thermistors at -50°C for reliability. For the NTC thermistors to work properly, 2 pins must be connected in order to make it work.
