The package DO-213AA includes it for convenience. As a result, NTC thermistors need to have a resistance tolerance of ±10%. Set NTC thermistors to -50°C~204°C for reliable performance. NTC thermistors can operate reliably at 204°C due to their maximum operating temperature. In order to preserve reliability, NTC thermistors should not be operated at temperatures below -50°C.
