NTC thermistors are packaged as a Bulk. It is included in the Radial package for your convenience. NTC thermistors are capable of reliable operation at a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. An NTC thermistor can operate reliably at temperatures as low as -50°C. In order for the NTC thermistors to function correctly, the 2 pins must be connected.
