SKY72301-22 Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 28 terminations found in the file. A voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
